I bought an older steel Fuji off of Craigslist.

It is in great shape except the clear coat has turned whiteish and is peeling in many places (the paint is fine underneath). The CC scrapes of fairly easily with fingernails, plastic butter knives, etc. but that is slow going.

Is anyone aware of a product that will remove clear coat but leave the paint intact?

Thanks,

James W

try using Pee.
Probably won't work, but it'd be funny to see you pee all over a new (to you) bike.

Thanks, Langston.

Still having one at home in diapers, I could just give the bike a rub down with something out of the diaper pail, rather than pissing on it myself.

Shouldn't you be looking at pr0n?

Perhaps something featuring watersports.
