Please then, almighty overlord, I was going for more of a "unicorn riding a bicycle" pic rather than the "asshat". Show me your ways

click "proflie" at the top and the srcoll down to "avatar control panel" and click the browse button. locate the pic you want, making sure it's small enough (100kb), and click open.

yay, now you're god too!

There's a enough static electricity in the Ben/Sketchy residence to power Laura's vibrator for a week right now. (don't sweat the details)

You fucks should get on your bicycles and go to the whiskey bar.

I'm in. The Monte Cristo hike was a good reminder that it's been too long since I've been in the high country.

i'm gonna boy scout out for a minute and pose the question, besides the basics (clothes, tent or bivy, sleeping bag&pad)and the afore mentioned do (dried food) and do not bring(stoves), what do you request folks to pack? Cook set, ice axe, harness(?), crampons...

i just wanna make sure folks are covered but not over loaded.

may be a stupid question but, we CAN burn shit up there, right? little fires in the high country rock, especially cause i dont feel like cuddling with any of you...even to keep warm.

i'm gonna bivy this, but have a really good mountain hardware 3 (tight) person 4 season tent i'd be willing to offer out for this. if a group is interested in using it you'll wantto split the tent, poles, fly&footprint between yall as it's kinda heavy all together.

if you puke in it i'll pull your balls out thru your mouth as a cleaning fee...

p.s. i'll might need a ride to this. Where are ya thinking of meeting/staging?

I will be keeping an eye on the weather situation for the enchantments. last year during the same weekend crampons were NOT needed. but if you plan on going to the top of dragon tail peak you will need both. but more imporantly you will need to know how to use them properly. we will be able to practice self arrest skills before hand. I will also work with those who haven't used them before. There is a right way and a wrong way, use it the wrong way and you won't come home

as for burning NO CAMP FIRES ALLOWED there is nothing to burn up there anyway

dehydrated meals unless you want to carry your own heavy shit.

stoves, i'm planing on 1 per 4 people as with water filters. stove should be white gas.

cook sets, just a couple of 2Qt. lightweigt pots. I have one.

And I haven't figured out the meeting/staging thing yet

I have a filter, a 2-qt aluminum pot, and a 2-person tent to share with the group. Tent mate, anyone?

My subaru can take 3-4 people total.

Word. I almost died several years ago because some of my friends decided to be dumbasses and didn't take self-arrest practice seriously.

I've got a cooking pot that I normally pack my stove in, dehydrated food, etc. I've also a got a 2-man tent but if the weather conditions look decent, I'll probably just bivy it.

I think I'm in, and maybe my sister, who will be in town from North Carolina. I have a stove (not white gas), water filter, and everything else I'll need, but no tent and I may need to rent a warmer bag (Mine is 30 degrees, but about 10 yrs old) ice ax & crampons. I'll email Dan...

ze doctor = shannon

I'm working on the tally of gear I'm just not finished.

I know exactually wear the two climbers fell near dragon tail. I just want everyone to know we will not be hiking anywhere near this accident, so please don't worry. The groups safety is my main goal.

All I know is I can't wait to go up there again, so I hope lots of you are going.

this is going to be like 20 people. sweet

Trevor thanks for the artical of the two climber that were killed. This hits home because I have climbed in this area. I didn't know these two. They workd for Mountain gear in spokan. I do how ever know the owner, Paul Fish. He treats all of his employees as his own family.

yes I was raised by trolls

negative for me, i'm not really made for hiking i fear. the abbreviated monte cristo hike we did fairly owned me, and that was unencumbered.
