If this is Houston, I saw the start of this. Also, Houston = the worst city for any type of transport; I would only feel safe plowing along in a Hummer, and then I'd probably just run out of gas with how long it takes to get anywhere.

Further proof that people are clueless.
As an aside: Yesterday a lady walked blindly into traffic in the middle of a block and was *shocked* to see that there were cars driving up and down! Her response? To stick her arm out, palm facing the cars and yell, "STOP!" while cars were screeching to a halt in a desperate effort to not flatten her. She wasn't an obvious nut, she looked like your average business lady downtown.

Oh, this is pure gold. One of the funniest videos I've seen in some time.
It is a bit disturbing to think that any of the drivers around us could be just like these people, though.
