The Emmigrant? Two words: Fuck Thatplace.
Better options include (from north to south):
The Knarr
The Galway Arms
Kai's*
Flowers*
Ruby*
Big Time **
College Inn
* These places have food that is somewhat better than average Pub Grub.
** These places will Trombipulate you and you don't even have to go to the Minneapolis Airport.

Can't, as that is where the going ons are going on. You can skip if you like, but I have to tell you, drunk grad students who just took the hardest test they ever will are super funny.

That can sort of depend on the program, though. What's she in?

We've done the CIP practically every Tuesday for the past year or two, isn't that like *the official place*?? I don't know if we're allowed to stray from official-ness.

Does this mean we failed, since we remembered how we got home last night?

Yes, it does mean we failed. Furthermore, I was able to wake up at 6 am. AND I was in bed by like 12:30.
ALSO I was not sufficiently hungover the next day, which usually makes me happy, but I found it strangely saddening. One foul fart in the office and a pretty clean shit in a public bathroom just isn't how a Wednesday should start.
Typically Wednesdays have started this summer by waking up still a little drunk at 10, with bad beer taste in mouth. Followed by pounding water and pounding headaches. A sobering amount of sudoku accompanying no less than three beer shits. Once wiped this is further cleaned by a shower or two, and maybe a bath (super nice if you still feel like crap) when conditions for baths permit in my renting situation.
