Since many of you have CX on the brain, this Saturday is the annual Starcrossed race at Marymoor, where they turn the track and grassy environs into a fast, twisting race course that's very spectator friendly and a huge beer garden and DJ booth in the infield. They even construct a huge trestle for the racers to climb over. It's an afternoon/evening event with the Elites racing at night under the lights.
The highlight for me last year was watching Craig from Counterbalance SLAY with Men's Cat 3s riding his singlespeed. And the guy smiled the whole way. Totally epic racing.

What are the rules like for bikes as far as what you can race?
