Where'd you guys end up going? I kind of regret not coming along, as my oncoming "cold" turned out to be a paper tiger. Allergies, I think. I've done this every fall I've been in Seattle (this will be my third): I get a sore throat and think "cold!" and then it just lingers for a week or so and doesn't do anything else.
Then again, I did get to drink too much coffee, have a great conversation with a friend of mine in the Bay Area, and then drink some bourbon so I could sleep. One of my favorite things to do is go to bed with a coffee and booze buzz duking it out.

I think Tuesday is Dumpster Garbage day in Sodo. I've seen them packed on Monday nights and empty when coming home post-tuesday night rides.

Monday eves are usually the rock-ness for diving--no trash service over the weekend.
