I just love the vituperative rants from Bike Snob, especially against the fashion victims.
That said, starlets riding cruiser bikes around is a good thing because then people see them doing it and might begin copying. Any publicity for riding bicycles is a good thing, even if it's fashion.

I personally prefer Bicycling Magazine's Style Man (byline: "He knows everything, and he knows it."). Bicycling is pretty much entirely advertisements, but the "Letters to the Editor" "By the Numbers" (relating some ridiculous cycling feat to an equally ridiculous amount of a food product required to replace the calories) and Style Man make it almost worth buying. I usually go to the library instead. Style Man has had some real gems. Sad thing is I've had some Cascade riders actually quote him when giving me "advice". One more reason I don't ride with them much at all anymore.
