listen up.

sketchy's apartment (next door and mirror image of mine) is opening up come the first of october.

this means i'm gonna need one or two of you idiots to get off your ass and move in. i just can't risk some cracked out freak moving in next door.

i know some of you have expressed interest, so i'm saying it is now time to get off your ass, and get a nice apartment like an adult.

i'm looking at you peter.

rent is $1200, two bedroom, 3424 14th ave w 98119

Isn't it about time for you to settle down with your lady and buy your own place so you don't have to have cracked out basement neighbors?

I heard from my realtor just last weekend that the market is kinda soft. Kinda. A wee bit.

There's a nice place in the building next to ours, out in High Point.

Amusing side note: In high school, there was a massive development of swanky houses, a golf course, condos, my high school and what not called Harbour Pointe. They carved it out of nice second-growth timber overlooking the sound in what used to be unincorporated Mukilteo. The pretentious spelling drove me nuts and it was full of new-money people with status-cars & little dicks.

Now, a decade+ later, I live in High Point, which was up until recently ghetto projects overlooking downtown populated by "ethnically diverse" low income folks. They knocked the projects down and built condos, townhouses and token housing to replace the displaced low-income. They spell it correctly and it's full of much the same people as Mukilteo.

it's exactly the same layout as mine, but with different built in shelves, appliances, and hardwood floors.
