Hey guys-

I'm missing a headlamp from the thursday ride. It's one of the Petzl ones that everyone has, in light grey.

also,

Amanda seems to have left her helmet at the greenlake race, did anyone pick up a white helmet?

Thanks

There's a dozen "Derrick has lost his marbles" jokes in this. I'm disappointed no one is jumping on it.

I didn't lose anything, but if someone finds a pair of glasses, please send them to me. Mine broke and I'm through with taping and gluing them back together.

Both Amanda's helmet (Bell, not Giro, sorry Derrick) and rain jacket are in my car. for now. I need lots of free Starbucks drink coupons or they are en route to checkslovokia this afternoon. or maybe san diego? Tanzania perhaps.

The last I saw of your hat was at the dive bar (that didn't serve pumpkin beer) near Greenlake where we found out that the tiaras could light up. There was some sort of foamy liquid being rubbed throughout the inside, and it was in the hands of some guy sitting next to me.

Oh well, I guess that will teach me to keep better track of my stuff in the future; at least I know what happened to it. The recipient may yet reveal him or herself some day...

Thanks!

I lost trackstands and skids....

I suppose I should re-introduce my n00b self, I'm Andrew and I live in Bellingham. I'm an old friend of MaLora Ann (Molly?), so when I'm in Seattle I like to ride bikes with her and her friends. I've gone on a couple of rides and my friend and I cruised through the safety first alley cat.

I had a great time at the greenlake race, I just wish we had a trail like that in bellingham. That and a group of fun people (boi?) to like .83 to ride with.
Thanks for a great time, The lap around the lake was exciting as all hell, and I always enjoy riding with you guys when I'm down that way.

-Andrew

ps, I noticed a lot of flashes during the race, can anyone share links to photos with me so that I can inspire my friends to pull something like this together in b'ham?

Surlykat has a flickr. Saw some pics from a Green Lake Race. Don't know if it's the most recent race though. The link is off her profile page.

Similar to the stuff you strap to that rickety projector you have to watch stag films, it's this rolled up special paper that goes in the blinky-light box I carry around. The film is very shy and only likes to see certain things, so I keep in the box. Whenever the light goes blinky on top of my special blinky-light box a little hole opens in the tube thingy in front, letting the special paper see the world. Once the film gets tired and has seen enough, I take to a special person who gives it a bath, letting the film(special paper) calm down and allows us to look at it whenever we want. The special person gives me copies of what the film saw and I post them to the intertrons via magical radio tubes shooting from my router.
