someone please suggest a good destination. If I have to suggest one, it's going to involve hills. Lots of hills.

jeff (tight pants jeff) is in the band "The Lights" and is having a show at 11pm in fremont at nectar. hes giving me 15-20 tickets to get people in the door.

i motion that however many people we have at 11pm we route them to fremont for some indie pop music.

I have a destination and route involving beacon hill and places we have never been, i think after a brief stop and some more riding we could go get pumpkin beer on cap hill at the elysian.

We ride in...

yay, a triple-climb the Beacon day!

we are NOT stopping by my house. no, no, no. there are too many cute girls and bicycles and pies and you losers would make them all run away.

also: OH LORD YES to pumpkin beer. beer+pumpkins+sex+wool are our four favorite things round the time the leaves fall. at the same time.

and of course, bicycles ARE sex. and cyclists do it better, or so i keep telling the girls who goggle at Mass.

If Pumpkin Beer happens I will definitely make it on the ride before Built To SPill!

SO sad I am going to miss your Muzac extravaganza Derrick. Nectar is a good place. You are all good people. .. ...

Hell yes, this is shaping up to be the greatest ride in a while. I might try and run home to get my video camera before hand. that's doubtful though.

This has to happen. I should get dibbs as my name is in fact, also Jeff.

Well really I need to start getting as much raw footage of different .83 get togethers as I can. Everything from riding to drinking to just straight up standing around bullshitting. So I would encourage anyone with a good miniDV camera to just start filming whatever and sending it to me.

Any idea what route you'll take to Beacon? I have to try to catch up with you guys after my class lets out at 7:30.

Knowing nothing about the hypothetical route, I can state with a high degree of certainty that we will end up at the Hilltop Red Apple if we end up on Beacon Hill.

Your main difficulty here is that discussed routes rarely become the actual route. We may end up in Richmond Beach for all you know.

Oh, and: Gimme an H! Gimme an I! Gimme an L! Gimme another L! Gimme an S! What's that spell?

The route is brewing, it contains hills, not stupid hills. Don't worry about the route, it is covered, it will be fun. New places with names that don't matter. Best bet for catching us is getting some digits from someone you know. We will probably be hitting the Cap Hill Elysian before 11. Don't forget STFUAR.

Do the lights go on at 11:00? or is that when the show starts?

And no, the BH Red Apple will not be our supermarket stop, there will be one though before we get to our outside drink stop.

This is Seattle. Hills are part of the game.

I'm out for tonights ride (and probably next week rides too). My knee isn't happy with me at the moment. I'll be building racks in my basement and blogging about the process.
