I got dropped!
Turned around at Red Square and you fuckers were gone. Ended up meeting up with Adam in the Arboretum, but lost my friend somewhere by Jackson & 20th. I don't he's going to do another Point83 ride until the weather gets better. Oh well.
Where the hell did you guys go off to?
Adam and I had our own ride down Jackson, along Alaskan, up the Myrtle Edward, across the Fremont bridge and to the dumpsters behind Essential.
See you next week or on Thursday.

bunnies
aren't just cute like everybody supposes
They got them hoppy feet and twitchy little noses
and what's with all the carrots
what do they need such good eyesight for anyway?

"The monkey is French?"
"All monkeys are French. You didn't know that?"

Dude, that sucks! I knew that you disappeared at some point, but with so many people dropping off I just thought that you turned around and went home.
If you have a cell (seems like most people do these days), let's exchange numbers the next time we ride. That way if someone gets left behind we can always wait and group up!
The Tuesday night rides can definitely be fast at times; I almost got dropped myself a couple of times, which is just shitty and shouldn't happen, especially at the beginning of the ride.
We ended up following Lake Washington Dr. south to the I-90 bridge, then cut across and headed into the city, up the Myrtle Edwards, and finally took our "beer break" at an Irish pub on Dravus one block west of 20th W. After that the Cap Hill and Downtown folks headed back down the Myrtle Edwards, and the others went off to Pies and Pints, maybe?
Great ride, though. Let's try to keep everyone together next time!

yeah, sorry you got dropped. there were a couple of weird turns here and there.
that was a great ride! down through the arboretum, winding through madison park neighborhood, down lake wa drive to the I90 tunnel, through downtown to myrtle edwards and magnolia, and then back to downtown and up cap hill for me.

how did you end up at jackson & 20th? we kind of made a big loop around that but never went anywhere near it, really.
Brandon, the friend I brought out on his first ride, thought he had heard something about the Arboretum, where we met up with Adam looking for you. From there we just kind of headed south as Adam thought he had heard through the grapevine something about the Myrtle Edward. We went down Jackson to get into downtown, hit Alaska and so forth. We were thinking we might run into the group, and I honestly don't know if we were ahead of you or behind you. We went east on Dravus from 20th to 15th, and didn't see the bicycle clump, so I think we may have been ahead of you. That and the bicycle cop of ancient lore at the Sculpture Garden hadn't seen the group.
I'll give it a few weeks and or so and see if I can get Brandon go come out again on a night when it's a bigger, slower ride - Thursday in other words.
I'll be out on Thursday or next week. And yeah, I'll get somebody's digits next time! Mine are eight-three-one two-one-two five-nine-five-four.
I finally got the Gmap-Pedo map to load. He he... we lost you right at the beginning. We swung left out Red Square as every other ride I've been on has done, you guys went right!

Yeah, almost the same route, but instead of Lake Washington Blvd, I took 32nd to 31st south, and headed west on Jackson, all the way to Alaskan, then our routes were the same until the bread dumpster, where I climbed the hill and went home and Paul went home to Ballard.
I took that route because it sounded like about what you guys were doing, and I wanted to go on a ride even though you guys ditched Cameron, Paul, Brandon and I. The riding part was good.

<3!
And all this time, I thought the monkeys stood for honesty...
Plus, giraffes are insincere. Elephants are kindly but dumb. The oranguntans are skeptical of changes in their cages, and the zookeeper is fond of rum. Zebras are reactionaries, antelopes are missionaries. Pigeons are locked in secrecy and hamsters turn on frequently.
