Hello,
It's time for another T-mobile Bike Fashion Show and Tell in Factoria.
This edition will be called Riding High and Dry.
We need you for this event. What are we looking for?
This is your chance to get dressed in your regular rainy day bike
clothes and walk the run way. (Then explain to new riders what you wear
what you wear.)
Details:
WHERE: T-Mobile Headquarters
WHERE: 12920 SE 38th Street Bellevue WA at the 5 Newport Tower Bld
WHO: Izzy Parker 425-378-4028 will be your hostess at T-mobile
WHO else: Chris Cameron from Cascade will be your Master of Ceremonies
WHEN: Thursday 10/25 from 11am to 1pm (or shorter if you have to leave)
WHY: When you first started riding, wouldn't you have liked someone to
give you a heads up on what you needed to keep riding thru the winter?
Plus when was the last time some asked you to be a runway model?
Call Paulo at 206-263-6089 to RSVP.
Cheers,

sweet. Right by my office, and this sounds like quite a bit of fun. I see a bunch of the same faces on I-90 in the evening, it'd be cool to maybe meet some of them

Why do I want to help people from bellevue not get wet?
I mean, bike love is strong...
but I am not sure it is strong enough to overcome the urge to direct those persons into a boxcar that goes straight to the happy factory.

Serioulsy. Sure, I'll just take the day off my paying job to go out to BFE and strut about in spandex for people I don't know while some other person I don't know tries to talk about why I'm wearing what I have on.
I'm a bigger fan of doing some thing like that, but just bringing the outfit and showing what you wear and in what order (I wish there was some sort of higher power who smot people who tuck their shirt into bike shorts). It's far more helpful as a discussion than as a fashion show.

If Kemper Freeman Jr. met me he'd probably put a hit out on me, just like he has on any form of mass transit.
However, my point was that the majority of people that are commuting to the T-Mobile offices and surrounding area by bike are probably not "from bellevue" they probably "work in bellevue" like Langston , Dane and others around here.
