Saturday seems like not much is happening until the Zombie Prom later that night. Anyone want to catch a nice gentle hop through Bainbridge to see the leaves? I'm thinking like 10 or 15 miles max, with a comfortably slow pace for sightseeing. Natch, we'd end up at the diner or the coffee shop or something to catch a snack and tea.
I'm thinking Saturday, catch the 11:25 ferry over. I'll meet you at the Seattle Pier 52 ferry terminal where the bicyclists gather for loading near the ramp. Remember, you only pay for the westbound ferry. It's $7.70 for the round trip after the $1 bicycle surcharge.
Let me know if any of you are interested!

I'm definitely interested in surveying Bainbridge leaves, but I may have a prior booking.
I'll let you know later if I'm actually coming or if I have bailed in favor of my possible other commitments. I'll p/m you with my #.
Happy autumn!

This sounds like fun... and the weather (according to the latest predictions, which may be dead wrong) is supposed to be nice this weekend. Count me in, at least tentatively/weatherdependently.

Count me interested. My attendance is dependent upon 1) finding time this week to get zombified before said party 2) not having to be around work.
Put me down as a definite possible maybe.

I too am a definite possible maybe. I made plans to study that I should change to Sunday, because this sounds like way more fun than studying.

It looks like it could be fabricated pretty easily.
It is a 100mm drop and fits any wheel size from 20" to 29". I got it with a 26" wheel and I'm using a 700c wheel on the trailer now. The idea being you use the wheel size that you are using on your bike (one tire/tube size. I have taken it for a short ride up and down my big hill and it runs smooth, hardly know its there.
The attachment to the rear wheel is kinda slick, a spring steal sort of thing and the whole thing empty weighs about 9 lbs.

I'm interested. Would people be into checking out the Grand Forest? It's fun to ride around in and fine on road bikes. I used to ride there a lot on 25mm tires when we'd go to visit my mother in law.
