I am throwing this out there early to see if I need to make plans to ride down on my own in case this isn't .83 friendly. Anyone up for going to the KUBE93 haunted house in Renton (near the IKEA) as part of the Thursday ride?
The tickets are $13 (jeeeee-sus!) or $11 if you bring some non-perishables for their food drive.
The thing shuts down at 10pm on Thursdays, so we couldn't dilly dally too darn much en route.
While Renton isn't a terribly exotic location, it would guarantee some distance!

If you promise to provide liquor people will typically follow anywhere. So, whisky?
;)

It seems unlikely that I'd catch up with you guys after class if you're heading that far South, unless I really bust my ass. So I'm probably out.

As long as we don't take the same route as we did on the Thursday Ride to Kent Deathmarch in August which was the occasion of my eating shit, I'm in. A haunted house sounds like a good time, and we can bring booze and be generally disruptive. Good times.

Or Rocksalt on Westlake? Cutting through that parking lot on a late Fri or Sat night is a serious adventure when they are whoopin' it up.

To paraphrase you: just stay rubber side down this time.

That ride was EPIC!! All of you who turned around missed out! I (and others at every single mechanical) ensured that our "spirits" weren't low. It's not often that we cover over 35 miles on a Thursday ride.

hey we turned back after *most* of the way & our group had our own adventures...like finding some dead ends (J). i was barely able to keep it vertical as it was, & didn't want to risk outbleeding kat.
