Much like Ben, I don't want crazy people living above me. The last two sets of tenants have been, well, interesting. In February I will have lived here for three years - it's a nice place!

What I know:

It will be available next month.
It's a converted old house at Boylston & Louisa (3 units total - this one, mine, and the basement peeps)
2 bedroom
Top floor apartment
Views of downtown & Lake Union (4th of July fireworks!)
Hardwoods
Radiator heat
Pets allowed for extra $
Bus stops within a block: 25, 66, 70/71/72/73
It has angled ceilings in some of the rooms
Shared washer/dryer in basement
Landlord is not too shabby, lives in the area, not a slacker.
It was last listed at $1400, but I don't know if that is the case this time around.
Pics - hmm. Let me look and see what I have.
