Pretty sure I saw Katie yesterday, about 6pm, cruising northward on Greenwood. I was going southbound.
She looked at me, I looked at her, we recognized each other just too late to yell a hearty greeting.

I saw a whole bunch of yous getting weird on Foster Island last night on my way home from the (Y)Eastside. I made my best attempt to tell you hippies to get cars from the Lk. Wash Blvd. offramp but I think the 520 noise drowned it out.

I saw Joe in the Fremont canal. Nurse Justin and I were drinking coffee on the waterfront and he rowed by and told us to get cars.

I saw a bunch of you goofs at Alki a a few Sundays back lounging on the grass. Although your appearance led me to an original fail of yelling "get a job", I recovered soon enough with a solid "get a car" as I rode by.

I saw Nick Sickers on the trail by Gasworks, and did not have to subdue him, and Bott, walking (WALKING- who does that!) seconds later. Thankfully, I did not have to subdue him either. Both were no doubt enroute to the PAC Inn with gobs of beers.

I got a very hearty GET A CAR HIPPY from someone as I was riding near 8th and 45th yesterday in Ballard. Didn't see the person but I think it was the angry hippy?
A bunch of spandex bros behind me seemed uncomfortable. Nice work.

I saw a tired Garth riding up Jackson St. at 7:56am Sunday morning... a scant 6 hours after I saw him at the Green Lake Race.
I was seen by a fancy Fred near the Green River Trail tonight on the way to a Sounders game - however I was merely greeted with a polite wave. Have you not read the TOS, Fred?! Luckily I responded with the correct TOS greeting.
I also saw Langston, however there was no evidence he had arrived by bicycle... So I pretended he was dead to me.

hey I rode to Starfire, in addition to riding both to work, back and then south to the field! Sorry to miss you Matthew; Adam, Sarah, Rogelio and I were in the beer garden the whole match other than a halftime pizza run.

I took the lightrail down, but totally rode back. The lightrail was more of timing decision because my midday beach picnic ran long: hard life-choices.
I also did a drive-by on Margaret shortly after offloading the Friday afternoon ferry. I hope her fellow bike commuters were appalled by the jerk in a silver sedan on First Ave.

Heard someone yell "Get a car ya hippie" while riding to work and it was Garth driving a forklift.

Sleep riding? Better than sleep eating a whole pint of ice-cream.

In the case of the ice cream, rumor has it you were "asleep."

I saw Andre G. in Greenlake, new girl Claudia salmoning the wrong way on Bell St., and Langston on his way home from the ferry. Happy 4th, y'all.

Yesterday someone told me to get a car when I was taking the lane under Aurora on Bridge Way then called me a terrorist when I flipped them off. I think he was serious.

(former) Mayor McGinn while waiting for the Fremont bridge to fold back down. We chatted of spoke cards and point83. He remembered our crew from the bitter lake cycle track opening and had mentioned that there is a reoccurring reminder on his calendar for Thursdays at Westlake center.
FWIW, I like that guy.

Monday morning I saw Laser Heather at Zeitgeist. She was reading a book, probably something boring like Guns, Germs and Steel.

A voice from inside a southbound pickup truck I didn't recognize yelled "Hippies" at me and Rob as we were heading north on MLK yesterday evening. I presume this was preceded by "Get a car" and it was one of you jokers :)
It is the only logical explanation.

on my way to CX practice weds. night, saw sara-with-a-H going the other way crossing 23rd.
she probably didn't recognize me or say hi because I was not riding my usual bike, wearing pink roadie lycra, and I kind of mumbled instead of yelling loudly enough.
I am bad at this whole interacting-with-people thing if you haven't noticed.

I was in a bit of a hangry zone riding back home after working in bellevue and I was just NOT paying attention. It sounded like you said something something "car wreckie" .... I was still puzzling out what I heard and trying to figure out whether or not you said it to me or the other bikers pulling up. It didn't even hit me until I rounded the bend...

Yelled at ElPabloGrande to "Get some brakes, hippie!" at Olive and Bellevue after seeing him pull some sweet fixie skids as he neared the intersection.

I saw laura rabuck ahead of me walking downtown the other day. She was in the middle of telling a joke to a friend on her left. I walked up quickly as the punchline came out and on her right started a big fake belly laugh, scaring the shit out of her and her friend. I walked off super quick.
