It looks like the shootings are much more random, much more common, and not just targeting cyclists.
I still say it would be great if CM would go down Delridge.

i dont think it was in any way related to this... but as i was coming home tonight some fratty looking boys cut me off in pioneer square, tried to run me off the road with their car, and threw something at me. i got in front of them and just stopped completely
they were getting all aggro until i started reading their license plate outloud as i was dialing 911. they closed their doors (i guess they figured twice about actually getting out once they realized i had them plated) and took off. as i called it in there was a cop two cars behind them going up first, not sure if he got the word or not.
i was a little worried i was going to have 3 on 1 fiasco, but luckily they took off. cut back over to alaskan and found the group, rode back up the myrtle edwards instead of going through downtown

that also could have escalated the situation even more. they had a car at their disposal, imagine if that driver felt not only hatred, but fear as well, he might try to neutralize my threat with whatever he had at his disposal (car)
i wasnt trying to kick it up a notch, quite the opposite
Hmm what are the laws surrounding drive-by shootings? Loosing driving privileges as part of a conviction sure seems justified when a car is used as an accessory to crimes like these.

Well, driving the car should qualify as accessory to the crime.
If these yahoos get caught, I think loss of driving priviledges are the least of their problems - at least 9 cases of aggravated assault, etc.

Most likely, I'm not a lawyer but things like baseball bats can count. As long as it's capable of doing serious harm and was used maliciously, I think it counts. Yeah, these guys could be facing serious time. Awwwwww.
