I need to cut some plywood for a new chair seat bottom (must stop rescuing broken chairs off craigslist). Home Depot won't cut anything on an angle and that's what I need. I have the plywood & template. Will provide a 6-pack or a baked good item for your time. Danke!

I've got a table saw as long as the plywood isn't too huge.

Drop me a line at jldantzler at google's fine email domain

It's in North Seattle.

My dad is cringing at this moment, but either of those saws would work, right? The plywood is a mere 1/2 inch thick.

never had a problem cutting straight lines with em. I have a ton of 1x and C-clamps if you want to use a gate.

A table saw is pretty safe. If you need to cut at an angle, you just need a jig of the angle to ride against the fence. I've got a delta unisaw with about a 30" fence. If it's wider than 30" (with the jig), then a circular saw (or some one else's bigger table saw) would need to be used.

I've got push sticks/etc. so we don't have to put fingers too close to the blade.
