I'm surveying .83 and a bike club in Minneapolis (Minneapolis bike love), and I'll use the results in a paper for skewl. The paper will probably focus on organized bike communities.
The survey will be available until November 21. (Maybe admins will make a sticky for this until then?)
To compensate you for your time, I will bring alcohol on a ride when I'm in Seattle next (probably on Tuesday Nov. 20) and maybe cookies or something, too. I will also try to make results available to anyone interested.
Thank you, .83, for contributing to my tenuous academic success. Please PM me with any questions, complaints, or nerdy observations about survey design.
(This is Evelyn, btw)
As one of the Catalyst Tool developers, I salute your choice of WebQ as your data collection instrument. Hope the experience wan't too painful for you.

Hey, thanks for bringing me into awareness towards how much my life and ideals have changed since I started biking, on my own, and then with a community.
I know I've said it before, but I Heart You .83. And I Heart Bikes!!!
