thanksgiving, thurs, nov 22nd, my place. dinner say 1ish or 2ish.
show up earlier, say 11, to get our proper booze on.

i'll supply the classics, you supply your booze and an appetizer or something else festive. derrick supplies the corndogs.
oh, all the pies are taken care of.
there will be plenty of veggie options, and iff'n somebody wants to bring a tofurkey, more power to your ridiculous hippy ass.
we'll be heading out to the ride after.

- 2 apple cider brined, herbed turkeys (couldn't find a big enough one)
- home made brandy & sage gravy
- apple nut suasage stuffing (i'll make half of it veggie (butter better be vegitarian))
- mashed potatoes with carmelized shallots and sage
- home made rolls
- kick ass spinich, cherry, walnut, gorgonzola salad
- orange zested homemade cranberry sauce
- your mom, snap
- roasted sweet tatoes with the marshmallows
- candied carrorts
- big ole' tub of corn
- 2 apple pies
- pear pie
- coconut creme pie
- pumpkin pie
- pumpkin bars
- and maybe another pie, i forget.

- cranberry kir royales

the last couple of years we've pushed the thanksgiving ride back to 8pm to make sure people can make it...
we want to continue that tradition? 8pm thursday thanksgiving night. i know ill need the extra time coming back from bainbridge

Count on my wife, two kids and I, provided someone else is also bringing kids. Otherwise our 4-year old will spend the whole time flirting with the ladies, and it'll all end in some kind of brawl.

I will without question be on the ride.
Seems our usual hippie Thanksgiving family gathering has fallen into multiple gatherings of different in and outlaws and I just may attend a pointythree thanksgiving instead. I imagine it'll be more boozy, raucous, with more sarcasm and probably more people.

I hereby withdraw my family from the actual turkey-eating part of this hootenanny. We plan on showing up before the actual dinner for a bit of appetizing/socializing, then move on to a different place for dinner before the kids turn into terrors.
