This Tuesday (the 20th) I'm planning to bring the following on the ride:
Port
Rum
Egg nog (maybe soy nog, too, so people don't whine)
Bring more alcohol if you drink a lot.
Bring more dairy products, too.
This should be good practice for Thursday's face-stuffing.

Brandy would make a fine addition to this list.

Speaking of rum, does anyone know of a place around here to get quality rum? Seems like the liquor stores and bars rarely have much beyond Bacardi. I would especially like to find my favorites from my travels in Guatemala: Ron Zacapa Centenario and Zaya Gran Reserva, both very good.
I have found online sources, but it would be nice to have a local source, too.

Sun Liquor on Summit has an excellent selection of rum. A bit pricy, but drinking fine rum out of a snifter has its place. I haven't found a store yet that carries the good stuff.

That's because the liquor board in Washington State barely allows in any fine liquors. If you never left the state you would think that there was no better whiskey than Booker's and the best tequila is Patron. You can actually buy a fair amount of high end booze off of eBay, skirting the regulations of interstate liquor sales by selling them as seal intact collector's bottles. This is about the only way you can buy a decent rye whiskey in this town unless you go the West Seattle liquor store to buy some Rittenhouse.[/url]

It kinda looks like Matthews Beach.
But then again, so do a lot of parks around here.

I'd totally ride tonight, 'cept i'm going to pick up my sweet new car! I'll try to hit a couple bikers on my way back.
Anybody want to get together and drive around tonight? I thought maybe we could drive down to the bread dumpster, then get good and shitty up at the Moon Temple before we drive home.

So much for Henry's dream of one day being on the City Council.

I love our landlord so much. So much that i googled her and found that she owes $10k in back taxes on our house. Classy lady!

It's not Matthews Beach.
Maybe after the fun part of the ride we can go start a fire in front of Henry's house. Under his new car.

You make it sound like this would not be the fun part of the ride.

I don't really want to do Henry any harm so I made it sound not fun. He'd probably get paid back for the car by insurance or something, but what if he'd passed out drunk behind the wheel as he was parking? That would not be funny.

Egg nog + cold dry air = mucus galore. See you out there.

I *did* just get spd pedals and shoes and I haven't taken them on a long ride yet. :(
But still! Rock Band is awesome!

Hello friendly forum administrators.
There was a new recumbent rider on Tuesday, Greg, who put in an application to join the forums but hadn't received a response at the time. He requested the name BenTKunin, or something very similar. Would you be able to put him through?
Ignore me if this has already been done. :-p

Yeah, she rode with us once back in July or August too. Fucking cool cat. I was talking to her for a while and then it dawned on me... oh yeah i've danced to your dirty beats! (been awhile though.)
