CafePress has a fast enough turnaround time (unless anyone here has access to printing equipment for stickers) that we could order a set in time for the Taming the SLUT ride.

What's up with calling it the SoLU SC, or "streetcar?" The thing has a proper name: the SLUT.

SoLU SC is the city's official shorthand for it.
SLUT wasn't immediately recognizable by a couple people who haven't been paying attention.
Streetcar seemed like the most generally understandable name.
...but I could change it to SLUT and print some of those up too.

Suggest a better font and I'll use it. ...or fire up a paint program and edit away. I did this in mspaint, surely people here have more talent and better tools than I.

So who wants which version, and what quantity?
If we all go in as a group, we can save on shipping and handling.
I'll put in an order on Monday to give people a little time to decide and we can still have them before the protest ride.

That's what the website says. I'm all up for printing locally if someone has the ability or knows of a better / cheaper place.

I'll take:
2-S.L.U.T. (non-papyrus)
2-Seattle (Papyrus)
both bumper stickers.

i remember one of my friends bands using a place called sticker guy
...in all seriousnes, I was just copying the design of the SF one.
That's nice and all...
but could you make one in that cool papyrus font?
That was sarcasm, right? Papyrus is not quite as much of an abomination as Comic Sans, but it's so damn overused. I vote for Helvetica or something similar. Nice, generic, readable.

I'm happy to change things around to fit a good sense of graphic design style, but I don't even have photoshop. I'm working with mspaint here.
Could someone more talented that I pick this up and make it pretty so that goons don't want to pull me into an alley and beat me up for my choice of font?

Good prices, just that the turnaround time is 2-8 weeks and the protest ride is in a little over two weeks. I'll order a few through cafe press and distribute those for the ride, and I'll order a few hundred from the stickerguy and we can distribute them later.
All times are GMT - 8 Hours
