Anyone else notice the hot dog cart ("Rocco's Salsa Dogs") on the NE corner of 15th NE and the BGT? It's just north of the trail, in the large, mostly unused sidewalk space.

Haven't tried the food, but it looks like a good choice for a location, given the dearth of businesses nearby. However, I'm somewhat dubious they got the proper permission from the property owner (either UW, or the City of Seattle) to operate in this location. I guess we'll know soon enough, since the UWPD seems to have plenty of time to ask questions.
