Time to get organized- We need everyone's help to begin
tackling coordination of RGBG 2008.
During Wednesday's meeting we'll form groups and action plans to begin
organizing components of the trip such as: Rider Training; Community
Events; Site Coordination; Sponsorship; Wheels; etc.
Updates:
- Rider Application Deadline: January 14th
- RGBG Kickoff Shindig January 19th. Music, Art, Environmental
Advocacy and Bikes.
- Matt Dupre has been coordinating with the UW Habitat for Humanity
group, stirring up interest and potential riders!
- The RGBG website in under development-- due to roll out next week!
- With Jesse Card's contacts and help, riders have the opportunity to
build their own bike.
- Sponsorships in the works: Keen Footwear: Stand Up, Out and for
Sustainability $25,000. New Belgium Brewing Company.
