3 Cheers? the jackass rides right out in front of the speeding bus! But I suppose it is kind of cool that he pulled that off. That would have been a fun bus ride too.

Granted, it was a crosswalk, but at an uncontrolled crosswalk I like to make a point of waiting for cars to stop.
