Registration open for Bellevue police course
Registration is open for the next Community Academy sponsored by the Bellevue Police Department. The free 12-week course covers all aspects of police work including patrol, traffic, bike patrol, dispatch, K-9 unit and the bomb squad. The program includes firearms instruction. The next session begins March 12.

Anyone 18 or older who works or lives in Bellevue is eligible. Participants must pass a background check.
