It looks like it's shaping up to be the perfect day to ride bikes.
So.
I'm going to keep showing up at Cal Anderson's fountain @ 1pm, and then leaving at 1:30pm every Sunday for the foreseeable future.
Rain or shine.
If you show up, great.
If not, then I go ride around by myself, hit Madison Market for spices and the liquor store for booze, then go home to cook and drink tea.
Last Sunday it was fun (even in the rain and wind!) and this one will be no exception.
If you're late, my # is 425-259-0736.
I promise-promise-promise this is the last time I'll beg you to come ride bikes on a Sunday. maybe.
FYI, I'm planning on continuing this Slow Sunday thing for oh...the foreseeable future, unless I get a) ill b) hit by a car c) the weather is so gawdawful I don't even want to leave the house. and that would probably involve snow or hard ice or great balls of fire.

This morning, Daniel and I went and did the south loop of Lk Wa and then a loop of Mercer Island. It was brisk, and we rode with urgency. Slow=cold.
We saw a couple local teams out riding en masse. I don't know whether I'd hate or love to ride in a sunday team-peloton. I suspect alternating bouts of each.
