riding to work i saw at least three cars with warm blankets hanging out of the doors as the heavily intoxicated occupants had failed to get their blankets inside before closing their doors.

I also found my roommate outside of our apartment asleep on the landing in a cloud of alcohol fumes.

Yep, got ran off the road on westlake where that landslide happened. Ran into a pylon blocking the lane. Walked back to fremont where i work. It was lame. I hate New Years.

I worked my ass off at work running around and taking dinner orders. Ending each table with a smile and a "Happy New Years". I was so tired biking up Jackson - JACKSON! Pffffftttt. It was worth the $295 I made. w00t w00t!

I'm surprisingly less hung over than I should be. This is a good thing.

Also, there's still a few gallons of Bridgeport IPA being refrigerated by the nice weather on the back porch. Now what to do with it. I'd like it to be gone around 7:30 tonight. Does anybody know who might be interested in that?

jenn and I went to Nov's shindig, and have a fabulous time. Met some new people, drank some and didn't see cop one on the drive home. Which was moot for me as I was pretty sober only having four drinks all night specifically to be ready to foil a cops' drunk test.

I'm pretty sure ben started this thread in response to the fact that he's now engaged, but you're new years stories were fun too.
