I'll have you know that when I started at Kinko's as a copier copier (Production) I made a whopping $9/hr. Then after I was picked as a "top performer" in my branch and was given the "big raise" I made $9.52/hr. Wooohoooo, man, there was no end to the hookers, blow and scotch for several weeks after I started pulling in that kind of dough. Then I got bored with that life and started a trust fund so my parents and relatives would never have to worry about money again.

Get the cheat codes to unlock the 'blood doping' feature or be left in the dust.

I could ride the xtracycle, but I don't know where we are going to be getting all of these trees from, last year we were at Golden Gardens and someone came by with a big truck full of them. Christmas trees kind make pretty crappy fire wood, they go up in a big initial blaze and that is it. Regardless of the propellant I advocate a fire tonight. Lets recap our fire location options.

-Carkeek: remote, not covered, North end
-Golden Gardens: Accepted burn location, not covered, Northish
-Fremont: illegal now, very public, not covered, Central
-Denny Blaine: Small, semi remote, not covered, Central
-Gasworks: Smaller, Covered with tables, Hobo populations, Central
-Alki: Accepted burn location, not covered, South West, Never had a .83 fire
-Lincoln Park: Covered with tables, semi remote, South West
-Hobo fire spots: remote locations under consideration, not covered

Somebody on my block put out a tree Tuesday night for collection, so you could theoretically go pick them up from people's curbs. Two problems:

It's recycling week, not yard waste week, so only the confused will put them out.
I couldn't figure out what part of town is getting trash pickup tomorrow, apart from the far northeast (Lake City area). Presumably there are others. Trash is delayed a day this week, so this would be the area that normally gets picked up on Thursdays.

Next Thursday it will be way easy, as it will be yard waste week, and the near northeast (U District, Laurelhurst, etc.) will set their stuff out Thursday night for Friday pickup. Tree bonfire at Magnuson or Matthews should be easy.

you could suck the fun out of a blowjob.

the point is to have fun, not the most thoroughly efficient lawn waste disposal event.

Oh, then, carry on. And you're right. Don't let my overplanning get in the way of burning shit. I'm just saying, there will be a lot of shit to burn next Thursday, free for the taking. Like dumpster diving, but no dumpsters.

Btw, I won't be able to make it. In-laws, dammit.

High Point has a neighborhood tree-collection site at the intersection of 31st & Juneau. You'd be hauling the trees quite a ways to the nearest sanctioned burn pit, but there are a couple dozen just sittin' there in the lot...
