I found out while there that apparently there is a rift between the groups...? While I didn't agree... I didn't think I should dispute the opinion.

I think it is more of a Seattle thing where people tend to stick to their own groups and social circles, so while both .83 and DB ride bikes, we don't really talk with each other.

Some random people who don't even ride any more made trouble in early 2005. Total bullshit, totally in the past.
I was made a full-color member of the Dead babies last night.
So, Officially: Dead Babies + .83 = Love.

There seem to be rifts between all of the Seattle cycling groups for some reason or another. I ignore them and ride with them all.
Come out for Rollo (Mini Bike Polo) on Friday nights, it is the most fun you'll have all week. They meet at 8pm under the 65th and I5 park and ride. There is point83/rollo rift, but I ignore that one too.
