the house I'm living in is becoming vacant soon and I'm trying to find someone nicer than the average metropolitan.

I live in the hobbit home basement completely separate from the house.
The house above has two bedrooms, a living room, bath, dining room and kitchen.
all very spacious and with south facing windows.
Wallingford neighborhood.
A nice garage (bicycles workshop) and tiny yard.
My landlady asked me to find someone I like, since I've been there a few years and we get along.
My very selfish main goal is to find someone that's not going to be opposed to me wanting to turn the garden into an edible permaculture city garden. And besides, It would be nice to keep the place in cyclist hands.

Its not too expensive, but its not dead cheap either.
Peace yo.

damn right - but instead of posh trader joe's we'll have two QFC's
-once the one on stone way is finished-

any ideas on how to get that construction site condemned indefinitely so they won't build it?

dump a couple pounds of mercury in the wee hours, then call in the EPA? We had a 5lb container of the stuff in the garage when I was a kid, I bet my dad still has it....
