Marcus and I both missed out in the missing out race. :( On the plus side, I talked to the Cadence guy and he's going to help sponsor the FHR, rock!

I believe it was just the campus police, we were hanging out in a garage on UW property. Apparently the problem wasn't that we were there, but that we were drinking while we were there.
But the real cops were called on us last month when some kids were lighting off fireworks at the I-90 tunnel. With the echo it apparently sounded like a gunshot to the neighbors. The SPD showed up but there were cool and let us keep doing our thing.

LADIES!
If you needed one more little push (other than my constant hounding) to get you to compete in Fast Friday, this is it!
Niki, of Mobius Cycle, is now sponsoring the Fabulous Flying Females “Triple F”.
If you're a girl and are, or become, a regular competitor of Fast Friday you may be invited to join Triple F and receive a 20% discount on all parts at Mobius Cycle.
You can compete in any of the events, races or trick, it doesn’t matter. It needs to be a regular thing though, one time is not going to cut it.
Ladies, this is to encourage you. We want to see you out there showing everyone what you can do. We know you have the skills and the strength. It’s fun and rewarding.
Do it!
You can contact me or Niki for any questions.

For April it'll be in Philly per the official site. But after that, well, there is no regularly scheduled Fast Friday anymore:
Quote:
The end of the Classic also marks the end of the Fast Friday legacy here in Seattle.
FF at this point will no longer be a monthly event, this does not mean that FF is over it simply means that FF and myself will be getting a much needed break.
What could possibly take the place of FF here in Seattle, its obvious...The Next Best Thing of course!!!
P.S. I finished the Cadence Classic in 9th place. I only scored points in one event, longest skid, the first month. Felix the German with the aerospoke and big chain lock ended up in 5th!
