The plan: catch the 8:45 am ferry to Bremerton, then ride 12 miles or so to the Wildcat trail head (or nearby gated road). I will be taking the Pugsley, loaded with camping gear (tipi and wood stove), even though I may not end up camping. Spend the day checking out the roads and trails, then either camp overnight or head back into Bremerton before dark to catch a ferry back to Seattle. If I camp, I plan to be back in Seattle no later than 1 p.m. on Sunday.
If anyone is interested in joining me, either just for the afternoon, or perhaps overnight, let me know.
