I would have thought that an industrial group might be able to form complete thoughts and spell.

"2.b. Propose bicycle trail paths along the Ballard Terminal Railroad show how unsafe the situation between trucks, a short line rail operation and a bicycle trail."

"3.a. After years of working on this issue the North Seattle Industrial Association has come to the conclusion that this is the only way means to deal with the issue of bicycle, truck and rail safety in this industrail corridor is with a Comprehensive Plan policy amendment."

In item 4 they mention four bicycle rider deaths in Seattle and Portland due to trucks in the last six months. Were any of them within 100' of the Ballard Short Line RR?

I should have linked to the actual amendment:

I hate it when a small percentage of Seattle's population, the truck-driving mafia, tries to impose their special interest causes on the rest of us tax payers. Or something like that.

this entire thing makes about as much sense as a three legged hooker.

i assume it is talking about the trail that was supposed to go over the rr tracks and under the south end of the ballard bridge?

perhaps a summary is in order.
