Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I want to ride bikes with you.

It has been far too long since I've been out for a ride.

Valentine's ride in:

fhr overload...

is anyone up for doing a first stop at mikes chili in ballard? it's not super far, but we can take the elliot bay trail or 15th and meander our way up there... i wanted to ask them if they'd be hip on sponsoring the FHR and helping us out with piles of chili

worth asking them. and it will save a few of us the hassle of making it all.. which in turn, makes more cash available to go back to the winners.

after mikes, then we can continue on for a longer ride?

me thinks it could stink if a sponsorship from Mike's Chili is secured and a sponsorship from Subtle Butt surely should be close behind.

I'm coming.

I'll be bringing cupcakes, angst, anger and whiskey.

Something tells me, I'm going to be a problem.

The Lusty Lady isn't a drinking establishment. I therefore vote against visiting it.

there are a lot of adjectives you could use to describe point83, and especially point83 guys. "sweet" doesn't immediately come to mind.

It was a good ride. Gross chili (so I was told) fast miles through Myrtle Edwards Park and Dumpster Infiltration. Good times.

Yeahyeahyeah... I add my commute to the ride and I have 42 miles... but the ride was still 16 miles.

But don't get me wrong... I wasn't dissing the ride... it was actually a quite fun ride... and I went back to dilletante by virtually the exact same route y'all took...
I just woulda liked more miles...

however... I can't really bitch about that as in respect of the democratic process my bitching about miles successfully is as unethical as super delegates voting for that chick who refused to do the cigar thing with President Bill. So... eh... I'm just whining superfluously.

Why'd ya head out to spokane? dumpster? Cruisin for yer valentines homeless?

bott wrote:

Had no idea what that was... I just googled "stolen pancreas"
The image sorta worked.
Not as well as a pancreas driving a truck madly down I-5 in a dash for the mexican border... but there are limits to google searches.

and I do feel like my insulin level is fucked up today.

If I had had one of hose cupcakes I woulda done an Ito shower. In the sink at dilletante.

ew.

(you doing roushou with Andy?)

Another favorite moment: Derrick relieving himself at the MSR dumpster while two Chinese ladies looked on (they seemed nonplussed by it).

I also enjoyed the noise of the Pugsly buzzing along the bike path.

I also got just under 24 miles, which was alright by me.

The staff of Mike's Chili has informed me they highly discourage the use of the "F Word" in their establishment.

So you may want to tell them that it is some other sort of hills race.

What is the next best thing to chili on a cold ass day?

Pho... So if Mike's has reservations to teh F-bomb maybe you could go to Than Brothers as a sponser. They shouldn't have a problem with the Pho-kin Hills Race.
