anybody know a good personal injury lawyer?
specifically a medical injury lawyer.
and specifically a lawyer that doesn't act like a lawyer.
and specifically a lawyer that doesn't want money if i don't have money.
i get the feeling i won't be out thrursday.
gracias.

Duggan does all forms of personal injury...
and he is just as cool to work with for those i am sure.
Plus part of the money that goes to him... still goes to the bike world. That guy donates a fair amount of money to bike causes... more than any other lawyer in town I believe.

he time traveled back to november 7, 1861 in order to participate in his favorite civil war battle, the battle of belmont. grant sailed from illinois, to make a demonstration against the confederate river fortress at columbus, Kentucky. The next morning, he learned that confederate troops had crossed the mississippi river from columbus to belmont, missouri. he landed on the missouri shore and started marching the mile to belmont. ben was on the march and had his foot stomped on by a down syndrome donkey, giving him a nasty scratch that turned gangrenous. it forced him to time travel back to the future and miss federals routing the confederates.
he's awful shook up about the entire thing. time travel aint cheap ya'know?

I'm guessing it has something to do with this:

i wish i hadn't seen anyone about because the fucking doctor did it too me.
simple callous removal procedure got all fucked up.
the numbing agent was injected directly into my artery (omfg that hurt vastly more than anything I have ever felt) which in turn caused tons of internal bleeding which in turn caused a vicious infection, which in turn caused retarded swelling, which in turn caused permanent numbness and who knows what else.
meh.
that and i'm sure those goddamn ewoks had their grumby little mits in it somehow.
but on the upside i got to stay home on thursday and watch chick flicks, and i can't drink.
nevertheless, thanks for the concern.

I just realized that the woman who's representing us in our legal woes actually specializes in exactly this kind of thing. Call me and i'll give you her contact info.

Well, in SiCKO that guy had to pay $60,000 to get the tip of his middle finger re-attached. Seems like you're due at least that much since you'll never get your little buddy back.
What's the name of the doc/office? The least we can do is write some negative reviews on Yelp and whatnot for you.
