1) that was some expensive BBQ. Tasty, but expensive. Thanks for taking us up there!
2) I'm sure that Uber is great, but I'd rather ride bikes for a bit before getting drunk, rather than go to a birthday party.
3) that was fun going back to the U district and then around south lake union.
I estimate about 20 miles of riding, not counting commuting.

By the end of it Mr. Halfpipe and I went down to the udistrict, and then I went around SLU as the fremont bridge was closed. It seems that everyone else wanted to drink beer for some reason. Who knew!??!?
I did get a laugh out of a pedestrian as yelled at a driver to "Watch where you're fucking going" as they tried to drive in front of me at a slow speed.

That was a cruel trick fate played on me last night.
I went home, got warmer clothes which I never used, got a burger at Scooters and then hauled ass over to Red Square.
Then a fine fellow who's name I forget showed up with PIZZA, TWO pizzas from Pagliacci's. Oh evil world that plants free pizza before me when I'm already stuffed with bacon and fries!
THEN we rode to a huge platter of free southern food. SHIT! Dammit, give me a cardboard box and a sharpie so I can go back in time and save myself the $7 I spent on that burger.
Short ride. Uber was fun. Beer is good. Getting up this morning was hard.

Well, I managed to get about 25 miles once I ditched the boozy meat-feast.
That's the down-side of being a non-drinking vegetarian, I guess.
I'm glad everybody had a good time, anyway.

No I didn't ride with them... Just killed my depression with tequila, whiskey, and beer. Not in that order. Then went home and got more beer and 7/11 dougnuts.
Yuck.

That sounds like many of my evenings back in Santa Cruz when I was single and bikeless. Yay for girls (or guys!) and gears.
