I've have Koos's headlight for weeks
Brandon has had my raingear for months.
Langton's probably owed sombody somthing for years.
Who else?

So, Tomorrow, bring it all to westlake square.

we can start fresh, relieved of our obligations.
And then go get drunk.

Bob has my rainshell.

I am seeing Magnetic Fields tomorrow and will not be riding. Bob, I'll pick that thing up when someday, at long last, I get to sail your boat.

I hate you so very much. By the time I found out about that show the tickets were sold out and my dedication doesn't extent to scoring scalped tickets.

Tell me how it was. Just give me a big fat parakeet to bite down on when you do.

Hey Ben, I won't be riding Thursday because like Razi, I'll be at the concert. Until i have to leave early to catch a plane to fucking North carolina. Is that even a state? Jesus fuck i hate the south.

Pete's glove, not your's. This is from about a year ago about the time Pete busted himself up real good the first time. He's been so hit or miss injury-wise ever since (mostly hit from what I can tell), that I have not thought about it. He's had a good run of luck of late, so I figured I would jinx it.

Yep, now I feel dumb. Last few times I tried to score scalped tickets for a show they were absurdly expensive, but that was back before Skynet,er, Craig's List, was fully operational. eBay is the suxor.

Lenard Skynard

I prefer Neil Young

Wafflehouse

I've eaten there a lot, and the waffles suck. and i'm not even sure they're vegetarian.

palm-pine forests on hot summer days
humidity is suxor

The blues
ok, granted

alligators
likewise

Strangers who are nice to you
meh. my years of living in the south have completely disillusioned me of this myth.

cypress swamps
no experience, so i'll leave this one open.

you're an idiot.
well duh, haven't you been paying attention?

Everybody knows you don't eat waffles at the Wafflehouse. What the hell? You DO get apple pie with a slice of cheese melted on top though.

I love the South, but cicadas=eat a dick

Oh, Joby - you forgot crawdad broils

Crawdad boils are the best things on Earth. No contest.

The worst thing about the South? 3 inch flying cockroaches. You've never known disgust until something that doesn't die when you step on it flies off your toothbrush and into your mouth while you're busy screaming in bug-terror.

also, I earn a significant fail on planning. I left the pants & glove in my tub of bike-clothes at home. Stoopid early-mornings.

I say we drive/ride to West Seattle so I can deliver the backdue goods. Joby, I even have a day-glo jacket of yours for some reason.

aw! Rob went to the south (North Carolina, even) and I was in NZ! damn. wasn't even around to stick up for my little backwoods part of the country. Joby is right Okefenokee Swamp is pretty cool.

(sent from Sydney. waiting on a flight while you guys are riding bikes. so sad, dinking beer to console myself). I did enjoy all my appendages while in New Zealand though.
