Only a few cents short of $4 for diesel at the gas stations on Denny Way.
Updated: $4.02 at the 76 (next to the 7-11) at Denny & Broad. LOLz

There's a brand new "built green" McTownhome selling next door to me for about 2 million. They're having so much trouble selling the place that they're now offering a free hybrid Lexus SUV if you buy. The mileage sticker on the side of the car claims 24mpg city and 27 highway. Doesn't seem like that green of a car to me.

I'm too lazy to burn things. My roommate and I have just chosen to appear nude in our windows and wave every time they do an open house. It seems to be working quite well.

Hysterical, non-violent, and apparently effective.
Excellent idea.

...besides, those McHomes that burned had been on the market for quite a while. It smells too much like insurance-scam arson. Don't encourage the wastefull developers by feeding their pocketbook. Keep the place empty for as long as you can.
Your form of protest is perfect. There is a house up the street from me right next to a brand new townhouse strip...the people in the house graffitied the heck out of the front of it, piled old car tires in the front yard, nailed a couple old RR crossing signs to the front of the house, and generally made themselves look like horrible nusances. I'm sure it greatly decreased the value that the developer was able to get (if it has sold at all).

we should form a neighborhood watch to keep an eye out for people looking for townhouses.
