I need three or four people who would be willing to help out on the Taco Truck Time Trial. This would entail, for each of them, sitting for an hour or so (on 3/29/08, from between about 3:30 to around 5:00) at one of the three taco trucks on the route and serving up tacos to the racers--and after making sure they eat them--marking their manifests as having done so. (I might also be looking for someone else to hand out beers at the top of a big hill.)
Helpers can expect to be remunerated with my heartfelt appreciation and a bottle of booze.
