I'll be drinking and dancing irish style at the Tractor for the yearly ceili. I went the last two years and had a great time, but I'm a nerd like that. Details from my crazy dancing friend:

8-11pm, The Tractor Tavern Ceili!
Imagine a drunken, Irish square dance and you have the right idea. It's my favorite Irish dance event of the year. You don't need to know how to dance! It's super-fun!
Cover is $7.
Tractor Tavern, 5213 Ballard Ave NW, Seattle (206)789-3599

EDIT!

we're staying at home and cheering everytime a drunk person gets injured or killed!

/EDIT

something involving avoiding stupid drunk people sounds kinda fun.

Some peppermint tea and scrabble anyone?

something about avoiding being a consumer drone that jumps to the alcohol industries every beck and call for an excuse to consume more of their product... I dunnknow... drunk...crowded bars... mmmmm...so much fun... even better if you know you are fluidizing the lipid bilayer of your synaptic cleft in that ever continuous pursuit of sclerosis of the neuron that seems to be the end goal of the average talking monkey.

yay. drinky drinky.

(I'm not against drinking.... I am just against being a slave to consumerized mass consumption of ethanol.)

ttfn.
