In case you didn't get the details... Filmed By Bike has two programs this year. Check out the details from the newsletter:
::1:: PROGRAM 2008 ::
After endless hard work and deliberation, we have finally settled
upon a stellar program for the 2008 festival, and we think you'll
really like it.
We know you just can't get enough of Filmed by Bike. So instead of
making you watch the same movies all weekend long, we thought it would
be nice of us to add on an additional screening. This year there will
be two separate programs, each equally amazing displays from
imaginative bike-lovin' story tellers.
We'll be showcasing movies from around the globe. From down-and-dirty
bike ditties to professionally produced documentaries, Filmed by Bike
truly exemplifies the spirit and passion of bikers worldwide. Are we
an inferior transportation mode meant to be run off the road? NO! Are
we riding on childhood toys that should have been long ago left in the
garage? NO! Can we be shut down? NO! Are we here to stay? HELL YES!
::2:: PRESENTING: THE AMAZING FILMED BY BIKE RAFFLE ::
At the Opening Night Throwdown, we'll be holding a raffle of kick ass
prizes. I lost count a while ago, but I know we have at least 21 items
to give away. Each prize is worth over $20 and we have a variety of
items - from an exclusive Filmed by Bike bike bag from Lemolo Bags to
sexy, durable thigh-high socks from Sock Dreams. From Music Fest NW
wrist bands to free garment mending (think skirts made SHORTER).
Raffle tickets are $1 and they are sold only at the Opening Night
Throwdown. The raffle takes place at intermission. It's a speed
raffle, so you sure as hell better be present and very alert to win.
Slow pokes loose on this one. We recommend moving to the front and
raising your hand high when your magic number is called.
You can come to Filmed by Bike any night you want, but if you're
timid, meek or homely, you definitely don't want to come on Friday
night. If you prefer curling up with a good book to going on a
Midnight Mystery Ride, taking a bath to getting hosed, playin' it safe
to rough and tumble, then by all means stay home on Friday and come to
a different screening. That's because Friday night is our Opening
Night Throwdown, when all hell breaks loose.
Okay, maybe I'm overselling our raucousness. We'll have entertainers,
the raffle, hooting and hollering, beer and more. It's a party you
hearts of steel don't want to miss.
But remember, there are no advance ticket sales, so you'll need to
get to the theater early (for all screenings) to get in.

I might not see you there since I may be working, but I hope you go!
