Arrested Friday morning driving with a BAC nearly 5x the legal limit.
Arrested again Friday night driving with a BAC 4x the legal limit.
Anyone know how WSP handles drunk drivers? I always assumed they put them in a secure room until they sobered up.

“Among the 12 drunken driving arrests by the Washington State Patrol in Kitsap County on Friday night was a 48-year-old Seabeck man — who had been released from a drunken-driving arrest that morning.”
I read this to say that this individual “…had been released from a drunken-driving arrest that morning.” Not that he had been arrested for drunken-driving and released that same morning.
Hey it happens. I'm not bragging or proud of this, but 28 years ago I was arrested twice for suspicion of DUI in a 24 hour period. I was arrested in the evening, released on a PR after I had sobered up the next morning, and arrested again that evening. I was 2x the legal limit then and your point is that an individual who was 4x or 5x the legal limit may not have been completely sober when he was released to re-offend?
"Says here you was arrested in Boulder the night before, I'd say you was on a roll son."
"Yes sir your honor I was on a roll."

You have a point, he could have sobered up enough only to go out and get drunk again. I've never been taken into custody or arrested before and the story made it sound a bit odd.
