w Ritchey Logic Chain rings 46x36x24. Some wear on some teeth, but I think still has life in it.
I can facilitate this.
Monica I'll buy and pay for those cranks and rings and get them from you.
Tim, I'll hold them until we can figure out a handoff or something.
(I could also use them for future project so if we can't work it out after a month or whatever no worries).
- WTB KOM i23 rims - 32h
- Double butted spokes - 3x lacing
- Hope Pro 4 Disc Hub - 10/11s Shimano compat
- SP PD8 3w/6v Dynamo Front Hub
- Compass, Barlow Pass 38mm Tires
- Stans Tubeless
Save me from disassembling these for the hubs.
I don't have a use for tubeless 700c disc wheels, but I do have a use for a second set of 650b wheels - I have the rims and spokes cut and ready to go, I just need these hubs. This is a last minute hail mary because I hate disassembling perfectly great things.
I said they're new but I have about 40 miles on em. They're not new new, but they're pretty damn new.
If you have a 29er, they are 29er ready.
I'm firm on the price. This is better than 25% off retail and includes the wheel build and the tubeless setup and a bunch of other shit like shipping and taxes and sealant and tape and nipples and all that crap. It will cost you better than $800 in parts to build the same wheels - assuming you have all the tools and know how and don't have a shop-bro deal.
Skewers and rotors not included. Will deliver if in Seattle area. You pay all shipping fees if I have to ship them.

If you don't want the tires, I'll sell the wheelset naked for $480. I'm seriously just looking for a reason not to disassemble them for the hubs.

Huh? Are others seeing the same?
I can see them, even in an incognito window ... then cleared all browsing history ... still there.

I can see them in Chrome if I'm incognito. If I use Chrome/IE normally then they both say expired.

Not sure if there are any vintage bike nerds here but I'm selling my Mercian + extras.
Note that this isn't a good touring bike despite the photo (thanks Joeball) that seems to indicate otherwise.
Beautiful Vintage Lugged Mercian Frame & Chrome Fork. Size 57cmx57cm (center to center), ST: 71.7deg, HT: 74.2deg, DT:47.3
- 70's era frame brazed in Derby, England
- Repainted in the 80's with many cool gold accent lines and the name "Eric Woodward" painted on the top tube
- 531 DB Reynolds tubing
- Chrome Stays
- Hand carved Nervex lugs
- Bullet point seat stays
- Semi-horizontal rear dropout
- Cable pulley wheels on the BB shell
- A bit of "beausage" including many chips & scratches in the paint
Purchase also includes:
- Campagnolo Clamp-on cable stops
- 1" threaded Silver Sotto Voce Chris King Headset
- Phil Wood Bottom Bracket
- Rivendell Silver Brand Caliper brakes
- Hammered Honjo Fenders, fluted style with red accents painted with red nail polish
- Velo Orange Leather Mudflaps
Does not Include:
- Seatpost (used for bike stand)
Ask about the size medium Mercian short sleeve wool jersey that matches the paint job!

Have you begun dreaming about that summer 2017 bike tour on another continent yet? Looking for something better than a standard LHT that you can also pack away in a little 6"x6"x10" box for your flight to save some oversized baggage fees?
Everybody in Seattle knows that Rodriguez sells some of the most comfortable to bikes around, now is your chance to get that shiny chrome touring bike of your dreams.
I did a (very detailed) cleaning of the bike so its ready to shine. Brand new components include: brake lever hoods, chain, handlebar tape.
Custom Reynolds 725 Steel Rodriguez Adventure size 6L (I typically ride 56cm frames) Touring Frame with Travel S&S Couplers (Handmade in Seattle, WA). Includes a bottle opener welded to the frame! Lots more steerer if you need to get the handlebars up higher. See attached photo for dimensions.
Soma Fabrications Chrome Classic Curve Cyclo-Cross / Trekking Fork
Shimano XT Deore Silver Front & Rear Hubs HB-T780 (36 Hole)
Matching XT Quick-Release Skewers
Velocity Dyad 36 Hole Rims
Jack Brown 700c x 33.333 Green Label Tires (made by Panaracer for Rivendell),
Velo Orange Smooth Aluminum Alloy 45mm Fenders 700c (fits up to 35mm tires)
Tektro CR720 Cantilever Brake Polished Silver
Brand new brake pad cartridge pad on the rear, about 50% left on the front pads.
Tubus Stainless Steel rear Cosmo touring rack (best rack ever made?)
Nitto M12 Rando / Handlebar bag rack with mounts for dynamo or battery headlamps.
Busch & Müller (B&M) Toplight Line Senso Battery Tail Light
2x King Cage Stainless Steel Water Bottle Cages (made in USA)
3rd waterbottle cage bosses available!
Brand new, zero miles 9-speed KMC chain
SRAM PG-950 11-34 9-Speed Cassette
Sugino Triple XD Crank 48/36/24 170mm with Crown Logo & stainless steel granny gear
Shimano PD-A520 SPD pedals
Shimano Deore LX RD-T661 SGS Rear Derailleur
IRD Alpina-d Compact Road Triple Front Derailleur with 28.6mm Clamp-on adapter
Shimano BB-UN55 68mm x 110mm Bottom Bracket
Shimano Dura Ace Brake Cable Set (grey)
Easy-Split In-line Cable Separators for disconnecting in conjunction with S&S couplers.
Shimano Dura-Ace 7700 BS77 Bar End Barcon Shifters (3x9 speed compatible)
Cane Creek SCR-5c Compact Aero Brake Levers with Silver Lever & Gum Hood (BRAND NEW HOODS!)
Nitto Noodle 44cm Handlebar Model 177
Brown handlebar tape with matching 3M Brown Electrical Tape!
VO Threadless 90cm Stem 26.0mm clamp, +/- 6 degree rise
Problem Solvers Silver (1 1/8") Cable Hanger
Various Chris King Silver (1 1/8") headset spacers
Chris King Griplock Headset Silver (1 1/8") (Sotto Voce Logo)
Salsa Rack-Lock Seatpost Clamp 30mm
Velo Orange Grand Cru Long Setback Seatpost - 27.2mm x 300mm (Silver)
Brooks B17 Imperial Antique Brown Leather Saddle (already broken-in for your comfort!)
For a slight upcharge ask about a matching front wheel with a Schmidt SON 28 dynamo hub laced to a matching Velocity Dyad rim with double butted spokes.

Garmin ANT+ Cadence and speedometer sensor, originally used it with my 305, works great, probably needs a new battery. I have one magnet for putting on your spokes for sensing, but do not have a second one for putting on the crank.
1 pair of NOS Campagnolo crank bolts, for older record/nuvo record style cranks. literally brand spaking new.
everything here can be yours for the price of a beer.
