I have a pair of these with all the hardware needed to attach to a Cross Check. Ran them for one winter with a pair of Ritchey Speedmax 32mm tires.

Those Klein Performance a pretty nice bikes. I had one as my first "go fast". Sort of sport touring, they take racks easily, fenders are a little trickier (due to limited clearances), but do-able. Long chainstays compared to road race bikes and comfortable for all day riding.

Trek 700. I fixed it up with new shifters, replaced the bars, brakes, cranks with better stuff and put nice new tires on it. Some of you saw it at the garage sale at Lee's. .83 price is $250, which is a hundred less than I was asking. All tuned and ready.

my buddy just emailed me saying he'd come down to $500 on the bontrager.
let me know if that peaks anyone's interest. He's leaving town tomorrow, so it's going in storage if he can't find a buyer.

I know many of you have wool point83 jersey's. Did you know that moths will eat holes in wool because for moths wool is delicious? Did you also know that hanging your jersey on a hanger that's plastic or metal stresses the wool and could also destroy the fabric?
You know what moths hate? Western red cedar.
You know what I make? Western red cedar hangers.
If interested PM me.

looks like Hufnagel Cycles in Portland is going out of business and selling their whole shop.
Time has come for me to hit the road for a while and sell off the shop. It's basically a turn key Frame Building shop. everything you need to make high quality frames, forks, stems, racks and other components. I would love to sell it as a complete package but am open to splitting it between the mill and it's tooling, and the rest of the shop, Please contact me at jordan@wearewestamerica.com if you are interested or have any questions!

Kona Fire Mtn 15.5" w/ 22" effective top tube. Project Two fork, 170mm 32t Stylo Crankset x 17t (brand new rear cog. Been ridden maybe half a mile) New chain when the cog was put on last year.
If it's a friend or friend of a friend, I'll let it go for $160. I think I even have a couple new boxed tubes floating around. Don't have any other wheels that size so you'd get a gift bag. If you want the old 19t as well, I can fish that out as well.
It is a beginner's SS bike and nothing fantabulous. Small ding on the bash guard. Nothing special wheels or brakes. Great for tearing up mud and not having to worry about fucking up your derailleurs though.
Bike is located in Portland. I can pick up and deliver it on the weekend of either 10/13 or 11/9 if you chip in for my gas money.

If Ben doesn't take 'em I'd like second dibs for the greys at least ... I actually have a pair of Swrves that are 36" and they're just a tad too big, so these might work just right.

Also for sale, avid SD-7 brake levers. $15
deore xt 3x9 trigger shifters (make offer)
deore xt front derailleur (same model year as the aforementioned cranks, i believe)
brown surly cross check fork (no mid fork braze-ons) $25

Throw me on the pile of interested folks; if you've still got a pair after these three I'm interested.

Alright, they left today with Donovan, but might make it back into this thread if the fit doesn't shake out with him. So, there's still a chance gentlemen.

used Dura Ace 7410 crankset. 175mm length, non-drive side has been re-tapped for a self-extracting bolt. Comes with the custom cap, but currently not the bolt (using it in the new crankset. If you have a spare crank bolt, we can do a trade).
The drive-side cap threads are slightly stripped, but with some gentle cajoling you can still thread on a crank-puller. I also do not have a BB bolt for that side.
Chainrings are in decent shape - no deformation, an the wear on the teeth is not bad.
$40?

Levi's Commuter Trucker Jacket, Indigo Wash, Size Medium
(Fits me pretty well, 5'9" 160lbs, with our without heavy sweater under jacket)
- Water-resistant and dirt-repellent NanoSphere® protective finish
- Odor-resistant Sanitized® protective finish
- Reflective 3M™ Scotchlite™ tape on adjustable side tabs
- Utility pockets for storage and shoulder gussets for increased mobility
- 98% Cotton, 2% Elastane
The reflective tabs on the hip/butt are pretty awesome and easy to hide away if you want to go stealth. I love wearing this thing whenever I am walking around dark neighborhoods of Seattle, i've noticed that cars acknowledge my presence when the reflective strips are directed towards their headlights.
Jacket shows no wear.
Selling this one because I got a good deal on the new version with tall collar and hood.
Originally $128, P83 discount for $40
EDIT: SOLD

Pair of Specialized "the captain" tires. 29 x 2.0 folding bead. I no longer have a mountain bike and am looking to offload. $20 for the pair. I will likely be on the ride tomorrow. (Stock photo, actual tires are well used but with much life still in them)
j/k it is actually way more awesome than it has any right to be, and I'm sad to see it go but need money and basement space. Also Emily says I look like a circus bear when I ride it and she refuses to be seen with me on it.
How about $200 as pictured for pointythreerers who I know etc. plus I'll throw in the flat bars and Kojaks if you want those, too.
$50 for you lot. Christmas tree massacre is right around the corner!

Any fat heads out there feeling cold?
Found this in my hat collection yesterday. Bought it a couple winters ago in size L/XL right after Walz Caps settled on reasonable hat sizing (earlier M/L models were really tiny!).
When this one arrived it was pretty big on my average sized head, I think I might have worn it on a single ride, maybe I never even wore it, can't remember.
Anyone want it for $20? (sells for $33 new) I will even deliver in the Seattle area.

I love my walz cap -and you're right, their old L was fucking TIGHT. It took a while for my big head to stretch 'er out.
things that have been replaced from the specs listed:
- spd pedals
- now has 105 left brifter
- now has Shimano Claris front derailer. I hadnt heard of that either but it came recommended by 20/20 cycles and they are the bomb.
- replaced front chain ring
- chain that's pretty new
This thing is light and super comfortable.
Bad things.
- The front derailer has always needed more adjustment then I think it should have, even when I put a new derailer on. Its not all the time just more then the average bike.
- I rode the hell out of this bike so the paint is chipped in places and some scratches on the brifters (but I did regularly get it tuned up and kept it cleaned and lubed.... just like I like my men nudge nudge..... just joking.... I dont like my men cleaned and lubed........ shit I am going to regret making these jokes.
This bike has served me well but the cats are instituting a one in one out policy.
