I've got a 1978 Raleigh Super Course bike for sale. Orange color. Was a garage find that I got from a guy who rode the hell out of it in the 80s, then hung up up in his garage for 20 years. It's in almost ready to ride condition (well, I actually rode it on the 4th, but it's too small for me.
Comes with original rack, and original bag on the front. The brakes are a bit stiff, so I think a tuneup would be recommended. Wheels are in great shape, they're actually aluminum rims made in Belgium.
From my ride, only a few miles, it was smooth riding and the bearings all feel great, but the cabling is a bit dated so I would suggest getting that replaced (would probably fix the stiff brake issue, and maybe replace the pads too).
Asking $150 for the bike.

I've got this listed on CL in a virtual garage sale format, but thought I would post the bike stuff here. 10% discount for point83 members and if any one is interested in the Bianchi project bike at the bottom, it's free if you're on .83
There are some non-bike related things one directory up from the bike stuff. Vintage audio gear, some good hiking boots (42.5), & some volvo 240 stuff. Trash can & empty Champagne bottles.
Ti Cycles steel frame & fork This is a US (Seattle) made mountain bike frame & fork with canti posts.
Seat tube: 14" ctc
Top Tube: 19 3/4" ctc
It is currently decorated with parts, some of which I may be persuaded to part with.
Frame & Fork: $250
New blue Chris King headset: $100
We can negotiate if you want some of the other parts
GT Zaskar frame Older alloy GT Zaskar frame in good condition. Same one that Hans Rey used to ride.
Brake studs for cantilever, V-brake, magura, etc. Not U-brake. No major dents. A couple minor ones (very small, lentil size). The underside of the down tube has the usual pattern of tiny dings from stuff kicked up from the trail. The drive side chain stay has some chain suck scars and the other chainstay has some scrapes near the dropout from a crash. Overall its in great shape for a frame of its age. It has not been ridden in 15+ years.
seat tube (c-c) 18"
top tube (c-c) 22.5"
weighs under 1925g
No decals - would polish up nice.
$160
Rock Shox Judy XC Steerer tube is 235 mm (9.25") long
$50
frame & fork for $200
Large Bianchi Project bike
Pictures available upon serious inquiry
~63 cm seat tube ctc steel road frame & fork
aluminum alloy stem & seatpost that are galvanically welded to the steerer & seat tube.
I haven't tried, but I suspect a strong sodium hydroxide solution (i.e. lye) would eat away at the aluminum, but not the steel. $35

Hey I'm new here but I'm friends with Derrickito and Paul and they told me to post this here. I have this mid-80s Peugeot with mostly Japanese components that I cleaned up and am trying to sell because I just don't have the room for it. The only issue I see with it is that the front wheel needs truing, but it's got a brand new chain, tires, brake shoes and bar tape. Oh yeah, the wheelset is a 27.5".
Full component list below the pics.
Sakae drop bars w/synthetic cork tape
Specialized stem
Sugino Super Maxy cranks
Shimano 105 brake levers
Weinmann sidepull brakes
Shimano RX100 front derailleur
Suntour VGT rear derailleur
Suntour retro-friction downtube shifters
Brand new Vittoria Zaffiro city tires[/img]

I have a 55 cm Bianchi Volpe that needs a home. This is the bike I previously posted about finding ditched in a neighbors yard on my commute home. I finally got it out of his garage this past weekend to get the S/N. The stolen bike database did not have a record of of the serial number.
The bike has a few issues. Needs tires/tubes & either presta inserts or schrader tubes. Dents in seat tube & top tube. Needs tuning & probably cables & pads. There is a rear alloy rack that is slightly bent--could be fixed, but I wouldn't take it on an expedition after rebending it.
Here's the deal: the bike is free, but I'd prefer it go to someone who _needs_ a bike. I helped my friend EM get a free shit-cycle rolling so she could do bike to work month and this would be a perfect upgrade for her--except that she would ride more like a 51 cm frame.
Email me and I can send a pic.
Bike is in (way, way) North Seattle.

It's getting overhauled as soon as there aren't back-to-back bike events happening; needs some lube and love (and maybe a part.)
two cases (24 bottles total) 750ml wine bottles (new)
one case grolsch-style bottles (used, but clean)
one case (12 bottles) 375ml wine bottles (used, but clean)
two clear glass growlers (used, but clean)
take them all (you can't pick and choose), they are free. they are left over from when i made beer and mead.

Well, I'm selling my Linus bike Office panniers. they just sit in my closet these days, as I use my other panniers more for stuff.
Have been slllooowly dropping the price over the last few months, but have only gotten a couple bites, none of which went very far.
I guess everyone wants 29-ers these days. :-P
New CL price 475 .... new .83 price, 425.

a backlight
I finally found the other Niterider Cherrybomb. With the pair of AAA rechargeables, the seatstay and seatpost mount, $5 to person(s) who could say they'll find much use of it. If the batteries stay juicy, it's very nice.
If the light is lashed to the mount (I've done it with a shoelace) and the hardware is replaced with something including an allen socket/hex screw, nut, some spacers, and lockwashers, so it can be fastened a bit tighter, it gets the job done.

Kogswell P/R 700c, 64cm. $350.
64cm ctt seat tube
60cm tt
65mm fork rake (runs out to about 40mm trail on this bike - great for front baggage)
this bike fits more like a 62cm frame, with plenty of standover. the main production flaw (the bottom head-tube extenstion) was corrected by a framebuilder.
it comes with a semi-custom porteur rack.
price includes frame, fork, headset, brakes (tektro CR-720), aluminum fenders (for tires up to 700x35) and the front rack.
Overall, it's a sweet touring bike - lively when unloaded, but can haul a shitload of firewood/beer/miscellaneous stuff when you want it to. Ask around - a few other pointythrees can testify as to how great this bike is. Note that fork and rack would make a great addition to your long haul trucker or cross check - you just have to take the frame with you as well.

Selling a 2010 Scattante (italian for poop rocket) X-330 cyclocross entry level bike dealy.. 54cm, about 30" standover. Aluminum frame, carbon fork, Sora components. Pretty much like new. Non-working rear light as seen in picture is not included. $300.
If you ride a frame between 43 and 47 cm, I bought the wrong size Zephal HPX frame pump because buying things drunk doesn't always work so well. Never used. Looking to get $30 for it but I'll take payment in alcohol and/or food.
11.6" screen,
Windows XP home, 1GB ram, 160GB hard drive, Intel Atom processor.
Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
Have the charger for it (not in pics).
Works just fine, was used almost exclusively for taking notes in class and for wifi internetting at coffee shops.
Jeff has first dibs since I lowered the price from when we last talked about it.
$80 to point83ers. Sound about right? I'm not good with prices on stuff like this.SOLD

Dura Ace 7410 crankset, *with* square taper mounting bolts that are matching. This particular version is 53/39 chainrings, and 175mm crang arm length. The non-drive side has a self-extracting crank bolt, which is original and model corect for this version (both dual-standard crank bolt, and mismatch crankbolt styles were sold).
Anyhoo, it's been ridden hard and put up wet, but it's still got a lot of miles left - no visible fatigue on the crank arms, and the sprockets are still in good shape.
