I had to do a double take to make sure I didn't accidentally lose a pannier when I saw yours.
Looks like it has the ARCAM system on it, which is nice. If I didn't already have two of these, i'd pick this up.

Just looked at their website to see what they prices were, and it looks like they've re-vamped their entire operations. That appears to be a Short-Stack expandable pannier - the same type I have, with waxed canvas, but upon further review it has just a standard hook on it for mounting, not the ARCAM system.
I guess Switft discontinued their short stacks (that's a shame, I really love mine), but new, that pannier would sell for about $160-$170.

now that, at long last, i've got my Charge Mixer in rideable condition, i'm going to sell my old Raleigh C-40 that i've had for the past 14 years. (should have sold it a long time ago, as it's too small for me). it's a 1994-1997 (not sure of the year), 17" frame, frame has metallic green paint that's still in reasonable condition, "21 speed" with a new trigger-shifter for the small gears, replaced cassette, re-packed bottom bracket and no saddle (i'm keeping that). rear brake pads need to be replaced. what's a reasonable price-range to sell this on craigslist? i was thinking $50-60.

The derailleur is 31.8mm clamp, but I have a few little shims that would help you bring it down to 28.6mm if that's what you're after.

Yep, that's the plan (28.6). I'm going to swing by Recycled on the way home and see if they have something that'll fit the bill, trying to get this project finished asap. If not, I'll try to link up with you in the near future.
Edit: Andy hooked me up with a 28.6 LX FD that is just too matchy to pass up. Thanks anyways though!

Jet belt/disc sander combo, in great shape and works like a charm. 48x6" wide belts, 9" disc. Comes with everything, including the original owner's manual. HAs some extra belts and discs. Fully complete, used lightly. On a rolling base.
Why have a bike when you can sand it away with this amazing disc/belt sander combo?

199X 17" Raleigh USA C-40 hybridcommuter in metallic green - got this second-hand in Minneapolis in 2002 and have used it ever since. many parts replaced since then. the Kearney/Gamble wedding was its last hurrah (broke a spoke on the rear wheel on the way there). selling because the frame really is too small for me and i shouldn't have gotten it in the first place. but it is fun to ride...
frame is in decent shape for being two decades old.
right twist shifter was replaced with a trigger shifter in 2015 by Back Alley Bikes.
bottom bracket repacked and cassette replaced in 2013 by Sprockett's.
known issues:
no saddle. (keeping that)
no pedals (keeping those as well. can include cheapie busted pedals from Recycled Cycles if you really want them.)
grips are really worn
broken spoke on rear wheel.
wheels should be trued.
rear brake pads need replacing.

Buddy Caveats:
I think I put the small chainring on backwards so chain occasionally gets stuck between the small and medium. Quick DIY fix if you got a crank puller, or any bike shop.
Canti posts are closeish together, so the braking power is pretty meh for 190-lb me. Will probably be more than enough if you're not.
Asking $450 with rack, fenders, etc
Got a less-beat up saddle for you in the parts bin if you want. Also probably non-clippy pedals.
Will toss in panniers for an extra $90

I'm taking apart one of my MTBs and will have some parts for sale.
Kona Explosif frame. 26" wheels, disk, 19 or 20" frame, sliding dropouts. OX Platinum tubing. I love the bike and keep buying it back after selling it. I've always built it up with a Rohloff, but you can also build it with derailleurs or single speed. Geometry is great for XC. Paint is in shit condition, but who cares, it's always covered in mud anyway.
XTR octalink crankset with single chainring 110mm spider. Includes BB. Light, but these don't have a stellar reputation. I think the BB is Ultegra, not XTR, which is a good thing. Might be good for someone's cross bike.
I might have a pair of Fox F80 forks for sale, also 26". One is good and was rebuilt less than 100 miles ago, the other is a parts fork (it has a slightly longer steerer).
BB7 brake calipers.
Let me know if anything is interesting and I'll figure out pricing (always fair, usually cheap).

I don't have any 26" disc wheels for sale, sorry. This bike had a Rohloff in the rear which I sold to a friend, and I'm keeping the front wheel for future projects.

I'm cleaning up / downsizing and don't need this bike anymore. It was my first grownup bike.
19" Giant ATX 760 circa 1990
Frame is solid. Quill stem has a small crack. Bike has been ridden seriously hard, Sold to a buddy and then reclaimed after he stopped riding it. Used hard as commuter and rigid mtn bike (e.g. bouncing down the Switzerland trail) in Boulder back when I weighed 30 pounds less. It has worn many components, but now has quasi-functional low shelf stuff. With some love, lube, and maybe a few upgrades, it would make a functional bombproof commuter or smash around town bike. Comes with vintage Iron Lung sticker on the Blackburn rack.

The only thing it doesn't have as pictured is the dyno light which met a grisly fate.
Low trail fork by Jeff Lyon, raked by Alex Wetmore, custom Colin rack, basket is an awesome fry basket the best basket ever made. It carried 5 gallons of beer for one of Joby's things without issue. Low trail winning.
Bar bag is custom made from ILE and fits perfectly, basket or not.
9sp Shimano drive train - 11s Campy Athena on the hoods - this bike is 100% Shimergo

FYI there's no time crunch. It's been on loan for the past 9 months and I didn't miss it. I'm not going to ride it now that I have the Logan. If it's priced to sell, it's so it moves before I second guess myself and hang onto it for no good reason. Someone should ride it.
