I conducted a number of scientific studies that incontrovertibly confirm that, indeed, people who talk about bike racing are lame.

With some minor manipulation of the data, we've also been able to show that they are also gay.

Thank you for your time.

Wow, that was illuminating. Thanks for clearing up my sexual orientation for me - it's been a source of confusion in the past.

I guess Point83 isn't about having fun with good people, knocking back some adult beverages, generally being raucous, and riding bikes anymore. My bad.

I guess I'll go back to posting gay porn then.

THAT'S WHAT SHE INTIMATED OVER BRUNCH THE FOLLOWING MORNING!
Rogelio's version of "that's what she said."

Please excuse Ali. His wife recently died of cancer and he's been lashing out as of late since his social life now revolves, in an unsatisfying manner, around plying underage tricksters into putting on some miles by buying them alcohol.

Sincerely,
Mexican Ambassador of Science

ps: Racing girls, woo.

pps: Belgian racing girls in mud are great but still "scary" to Matthew; someone should accompany him to hold his hand.

Jesus, don't fucking encourage him.

Do you actually race Ro? Or do you just build thin, fragile, beautiful, expensive bikes and then eat shit on dry flat well-lit concrete at cruising speeds?

Just askin.

I think Ali needs to refine his research. I'm sure a little more refinement would probably show Crit racers = hella gay and CX racers = slightly less gay. But I'm fat and slow and I haul shit with my bicycle, so what would I know - racing seems pretty gay in general. Lets fight.

Talking about racing is gay, but it's less gay than talking about tarck tricks, or about Yehuda Moon's wacky adventures with wool, or posting about how Cars are the new smoking.

Two words:

Rotating paceline.

Three more words:

Double-rotating paceline.

This might sound unscientific, but,

No! You are beautiful, you are graceful like an eagle on two wheels, and you are the envy of any man with a light bike.

Stay proud, stay white.

ali.
