Yes, as has your's and everyone else's. It reminds me that my Fargo isn't built yet and that I cannot ride bikes with you all. With Andre gone, my shame is reduced by one.

Should I point out the obvious failure in the above, that there's 12 people in that photo?

Let me attach the obligatory:

Happy birthday Andre.

After riding bikes for a couple hours, I'm gonna go see The English Beat at the Showbox .... Anyone who wants to go see a classic old skool ska band should come join me!!! Yeah sure, they only got one of the original members, and they're probably all crusty old geezers but supposedly they're still rockin' pretty strong. (And BTW, if anyone has recent personal experience which would dispute that, please do speak up.)

Have always wanted to see them but have always missed it... Not this time.

and a *much* better way to spend a Thursday night than watching snowboard movies, IMHO… ;) .. If maybe a tad more $$.

Anyway I'll see you clowns in

joby, that uterus is the WORST.

it raises all kinds of questions i didn't want to wonder, such as "does she have a strap or something to support that baby-filled growth?" also, "how much like an empty ballsack is her stomach going to look like after she pushes 'em out?"

I had a massive blowout on the rear about two blocks after I left the pack. Upon pulling the tire off I realized three things.

1) The tube in the tire was *fucked*.
2) The tube in my bag had a leak because I never swapped it out with a good one.
3) The tire I just pulled off had dogshit on it, which was all over my glove.

Still, I managed to limp to my destination and later home.

Also a Gregas sighting, who said now that he's finishing school, he might come out occasionally.

dogshit is a horrible thing to get creamed all over bicycle gear.

cars are a great way to enjoy point83 rides. especially on hill climbs.

1) Fenders are next to godliness
2) Realizing *immediately* after I did it what I'd done. So I didn't get it on anything else.
3) A stop at QFC for a plastic bag so I could tuck them in my bag without fouling everything.
4) Slumdog Millionaire looks to be an awesome film, you know at least the last twenty minutes or so. Some day I hope to see the rest of it.

henry's right, we should all suspend pleasure until further notice.
at which time it shall be experienced in small increments and without joy.
