I doubt that anyone at this meeting will have the level of authority to do anything...they have been given budget and authority to use the route that they are using and to do any more would require getting the Mayor and City Council to move. It doesn't hurt to try, but the folks at this meeting are likely as frustrated as you are, they just can't say so.
